Create a Product or Service

Add your products and services to your business. Products and services are items that you sell to your customers.

Create your first product or service​

  1. Click on the Products & Services tab on the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the Add button in the top right corner.

  3. Fill in the following information:

    • Name: Enter the name of your product or service
    • Description: Add a detailed description (optional)
    • Price: Set the selling price
    • Cost: Enter your purchase or production cost (optional)
    • Category: Choose or create a category to organize your items
    • SKU/Code: Add a unique identifier for your product (optional)
    • Tax Rate: Select the applicable tax rate
    • Unit: Choose the unit of measurement (e.g., pieces, hours, kg)

  4. Click on the Save button to create your product.

Managing your products​

After creating a product, you can:

  • Edit product details by clicking the Edit button
  • Delete products using the Delete button
  • View product history and statistics
  • Track inventory levels (if enabled)
  • Manage product variations

Tips​

  • Keep your product names clear and descriptive
  • Use categories to organize similar products
  • Regularly update prices and costs
